How do you define the start and end point of your exercise?

As a physio, we often see people who injure themselves in the process of either setting up or down for the exercise.

Although this video is specific to setting up and down for a dumbbell squat, please make sure to be aware for any exercises involving weights.

Remember, your exercise starts as soon as you lift that weight and does not finish until you place it down.
