"what can you do to help me?"

Massage, joint loosening techniques, dry-needling, acupuncture, stretch....you name it. We'll do our best to start making you feel better.

WE DO NOT:

- Use machines. You get to have your physio one-on-one ALL to yourself.
No ultrasound (the handle bar with a node that gets rubbed on your skin with a blue gel) or interferential (those things that make tingling sensation) therapy here. Research has proven that these 'modes' of treatment just DO NOT work. There are plenty of effective hands-on treatment techniques to help you with. 

- Heat or Ice Packs. We want to give you the best value for your money and time.
While hot/cold therapy might be helpful, and we'll advise you if you would benefit from these. We think you can easily do this in the comfort of your own home. There are better things we can do and provide you with while you are seeing us here in the clinic.

- Over-service. The world needs you.
No, you won't be asked to come to the clinic 3 times per week for the rest of your life. As you'll find out in the next steps, our goal is to get you out of our clinic as soon as possible, so you can get back to living life.

"How can i help myself?"

You'll be given specific stretches and exercises (one or two, not 10!) which will change things around for the better.

If you stay in your current situation or condition (probably the reason for your problems), nothing much will change.

We'll guide you to the most effective and efficient ways to help you move better and a little different to your previous ways.

"Do I really not see you again?"

This is the most sad part of being in the business of helping people getting back to life prior to the 'diversion' due to pain/stiffness/niggle/lack of performance. We don't get to see you again.

However, our joy is in seeing you getting back to life, working hard again, spending time with your family, getting cheered on by your team mates as they welcome you back on the field, and in general smiling more often.

All we ask of you is that you move a little more and a little better each day. Whether an apple a day keeps you away from doctors, we don't know. But, what we know is that more 'good move' each day keeps you away from physios.
